Intentional Conversations
For the last 20 years I've been involved in many intentional conversations. These conversations have been grounded in the belief that we are created to experience full, joyful and meaningful lives. Often we have the key to understanding what that looks like within our own thoughts and experiences, but it can be very helpful to partner with an active listener, who can probe, question, and then restate in a fresh way what we may be feeling or thinking. Learning to understanding our personality types, and the process of their development can often give helpful insights. In addition, exchanging a harmful or outdated paradigm for a fresh truth can lead to breakthroughs in attitude and behavior.
Engaging in intentional conversations is not a substitute for a licensed psychologist, therapist or spiritual director. Instead, it is meant for those who have a fair level of emotional health, but see the value in focused attention as they seek to make important decisions, enact a change in direction or vocation, or understand themselves better. The starting point for all conversations is with personality type, based on the Myers-Briggs type indicator. Conversations may happen over the phone or in person,given our respective locations.

The initial session includes the Myers Briggs assessment with helpful information regarding personality type and may last up to 2 hours. The cost is $40.00. All other sessions consist of one-hour conversations and are $25.00.
